Nature Spaces - July 2023

We were in full swing with these Nature Spaces sessions now and we had a fun time creating batik pictures, bondaweb bags, hula hoop bowls and beaded lampshades. What a busy July!

Nature Spaces - June 2023

For our June sessions we created designs on porcelain plates donated from Royal Crown Derby and made collages using newspaper and magazines.

Well Dressing - 2023

We had a wonderful week creating the Well Dressings to celebrate Normanton, all its people, the shops, the faiths, the flags and the festivals. It was an amazing week working with Rosehill, St James Infants and Dale Schools, the lovely members of the Nature Spaces group, and many volunteers who have been coming for years to help create them. 

Rev Neil Barber led the celebration with a blessing, Helen played lovely violin and the garden was looking stunning in the sunshine.
