International Women's Day 2015

We had a lovely time working with visitors to the International Women's Day in Derby Market Place at the beginning of March.
We created collaged bunting and beautiful Mother's Day cards with nearly 100 participants.
We also had a lovely display of the work we have recently completed with the ladies at Guru Nanak Istri Sabha at the Indian Community Centre.
We were pleased to share the stall with the Listen Love Learn parents group from Quad.

Collage Mobiles @ Listen Love Learn

We had a busy session with the parents at Listen Love Learn creating collaged mobiles for their children.

We used decorative papers, fur and tissue paper to collage onto card. Then we cut out chosen shapes, some were fruits and vegetables others cut out animals.

They looked great with the wrapped wool hangers.

We Did This

We have been occupied, frustrated, annoyed and generally tearing our hair out  for the last couple of weeks making this film for a crowdfunding project which will be hosted on this site along with at least 7 other Derby based projects for the month of November. Take a look and see the projects featured at the moment. Our personal favourites are -

THE GUIDE TO MONSTER HOUSEKEEPING and MORPHE WRITERS GROUP.
