Breaston Memory Cafe
As part of our Mindfull Dementia project we have started working with the members of the Breaston Memory Cafe who meet every month.
We are working with people who have dementia and their carers and family members. It was a great first session with everyone having a go at batik painting. This work will be used in an exhibition at Ilkeston Hospital and Ilkeston Library to promote Dementia Awareness in May.
Have a look at the workshop images.

International Women's Day 2015
We had a lovely time working with visitors to the International Women's Day in Derby Market Place at the beginning of March.
We created collaged bunting and beautiful Mother's Day cards with nearly 100 participants.
We also had a lovely display of the work we have recently completed with the ladies at Guru Nanak Istri Sabha at the Indian Community Centre.
We were pleased to share the stall with the Listen Love Learn parents group from Quad.

Printing@ Creating Together
Here are some images of the printed tea towel workshop we delivered with the Creating Together group.
We had a great display of their work at International Women's Day in Derby Market Place. We had lots of lovely comments from participants who took part in making bunting and mother's day cards. Members of the group joined us at the event too to see their work on display.
